DC COMICS BRINGS REBIRTH, YOUNG ANIMAL CREATORS TO NC COMICON
This November legendary publisher DC Comics will descend upon downtown Durham, North Carolina as part of the NC Comicon, giving fans and creators the chance to meet and learn from some of today’s top writers and artists and get their hands on exclusive DC comics and merchandise.
This marks DC’s’ first official appearance at NC Comicon, which will feature signings and panels from the creators behind DC’s biggest titles from REBIRTH, YOUNG ANIMAL and beyond, including Gerard Way (Doom Patrol, Cave Carson has a Cybernetic Eye), Klaus Janson (The Dark Knight Returns), Tommy Lee Edwards (Mother Panic), Afua Richardson (All-Star Batman), Nick Derington, (Doom Patrol), Jody Houser (Mother Panic), Marley Zarcone (Shade, The Changing Girl), Robert Venditti (Green Lantern), and many more.
And for folks who don’t just love reading the books but want to take a stab at creating them, aspiring artists are encouraged to come and show their best work at official DC portfolio reviews for a shot at drawing some of the industry’s best-selling comics.
